You can earn points by placing an order or signing up for an account. For every order placed, you will earn 100 points. Additionally, signing up for an account will earn you 100 points.
You can redeem your points for discounts on your purchases. Each 100 points can be redeemed for a discount at checkout. Redeemable points are applied automatically if the option is enabled.
Currently, the points you earn do not expire and are permanent unless otherwise stated.
Our loyalty program includes Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers. Each tier offers unique benefits and is achieved by accumulating more points. Bronze is the starting tier, while Silver requires 200 points and Gold requires 500 points.
Unfortunately, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account that earned them.
If an order is returned, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
No, there is no minimum purchase requirement to earn points. Every purchase will contribute to your point balance.
